On the cusp of rock but with a dash of electronics in the mix, Von Grey are an interesting recipe. The trio from the US create dark pop with a dangerous and cinematic edge. New single 'Poison In The Water' will explain all, with its pounding cellos, synths and circling, stabbing jolts of energy. Slightly menacing, like a villain's theme tune, there is definitely a get back element to it as attitude and accusations run forth. Beside the edge, this experimental coven have us enthralled with their metaphor-packed lyricism. - SJ
